Reinspection of spa.

Bonding wiring on spa pumps has been reattached by an approved electrical contractor and electrical work on bonding was inspected and approved by Town of Apex electrical inspector. Documentation of electrical work and inspection has been provided to this Department by the facility maintenance director.

Equalizer/skimmer wall drains have been properly abandoned and sealed by the pool contractor as required under VGB approval.

Spa permit suspension has been lifted. Normal operation of the spa for use by facility residents and clients can restart.

Current spa operation permit will expire on May 28, 2026. Contact Wake County Environmental Health and Safety Division prior to expiration of current operation permit to schedule an inspection for the issuance of a new annual spa operation permit

Equipment on site meets VGB approval documents on file.
