There is a horizontal bar around the entire perimeter of the fence with 36-37" between the bottom fence run and the bar, and from the top of the bar to the top fence rung. .2537(b) All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching. The gate was hanging up at 1" open. The gate should be self-closing and self-latching from fully open and 1" open. The gate was adjusted and was properly self-closing and self-latching during inspection, CDI.
