.2528(a) Maintain 2" or less under fence and/or gate (post-May 2010). The entry gate to left of the main entry has a > 2" gap at the bottom. This gate remains locked at all times per CPO. CDI .2528(a) Maintain 45" between bottom horizontal and next horizontal on fence and/or gate (post-May 2010). Two electrical boxes on the outside of the fence create a distance between foothold and handhold of 41 inches. Pool built before 2010.
.2530(f) Signage with legible letters providing dialing instructions, address of pool and pool telephone number shall be posted at the emergency phone. The emergency phone sign had the address as 150 Grenoch Valley Way but the address is 150 Grenoch Valley Lane in the 911 system and in Wake Co tax records. CPO corrected address on signage during inspection.
