From the exterior of the building, there are 3 windows in the pump room and 1 in the chemical room that open greater than 4". The doors in both rooms can be unlocked and opened from inside. Windows that allow access to the pool deck cannot open more than 4" or must be equipped with an audible alarm. CPO screwed the windows closed during inspection, CDI.
