Repair the source of the ceiling leaks present in the hallway adjacent to the entrance of boys bathroom #1402. Replace water stained ceiling panels in this leak location after the ceiling leaks have been fixed. There are leaks present around the glass window framework in the breezeway adjacent to girls bathroom #1401. The floor at the base of these windows was wet from the prior nights rainfall. The framework around these windows should be sealed to prevent further leaks. Interior leaks from rainfall was also present in classroom #1204 by the exit door and adjacent windows and in the gym at the rear exterior exit doors. The window framework adjacent to the exit doorway in classroom #1204 should be sealed to prevent future leaks. The exit doors in the gym need rubber door sweeps installed at the base of both doors to keep rain water from flowing in beneath the doors.

Door sweeps are needed on the base of the glass exterior exit doors in the cafeteria dining room closest to the service line and on the base of the glass exterior entry/exit doors leading from the staff parking lot and into the hall by work room #1406. Visible cracks are present beneath these doors. The door sweeps should be installed to prevent areas where pests can enter the building.
