Repair and remove blockages from sewage lines that are causing frequent backups of waste water from the floor drains in both the boys hall bathroom #3116 and in the girls hall bathroom #3221. Repair one nonfunctional toilet due to leaks in class bathroom #1210C. Repair one nonfunctional urinal in the boys hall bathroom #1304. Repair one toilet at the end of the left row in girls hall bathroom #1302. This toilet leaks on the plumbing pipework when flushed. Repair one toilet in the special needs class kitchen bathroom #1403B. This toilet also leaks on the plumbing pipework when flushed. Repair two nonfunctional toilets each at the end of row in both the boys and girls bathrooms #3406 and #4406. One nonfunctional toilet in each bathroom. Repair the first toilet on the left side row at the hand wash sinks in the concession stand area women's bathroom #0327. The drain line for this toilet has a clog or blockage and the toilet backs up and overflows when flushed.

Reattach and secure loose hand wash sink fixture to the wall in boys hall bathroom #1219. Repair one sink that has a clogged drain line in classroom #1224. This sink is backing up when used due to this clogged drain.

Repair floor drain that is backing up frequently and overflows with waste water in the food service classroom utility space #1210D. There may be a blockage in the sewage line for this room that should be cleared out or if the food service classroom has a grease trap it may need to be cleaned out. Repair the cause of the ceiling leaks present in the food service classroom #1210. Repair the sources of ceiling leaks present in classroom #1402 and in the hallway by custodial closet #1321. Replace water stained ceiling panels caused by the ceiling leaks in these locations after the ceiling leaks have been fixed. There is hole in the wall behind the utility sink in classroom #1224. This hole had been cut into the wall to complete plumbing line repairs. A wall panel cover is needed to seal off the hole in this wall at the plumbing access point.
