Repair the causes of the roof and ceiling leaks present in the following school locations : in the gym, in the media center, in classroom #402, in the hallway at the entrance into the 400 hall and by the entrance of stairway #400B, and in class trailer #4. The ceiling leaks in classroom #402 are major and require priority repair. Water stained, water damaged, and missing ceiling panels caused by these roof leaks should be replaced after the roof leaks have been fixed and stopped. Replace deteriorated and rotted floor boards on the entry ramp of class trailer #4. Replace broken hand railing on the entry ramp of class trailer #4. Priority repairs for safety are needed on both the deteriorated floorboards and broken handrailing of the trailer #4 ramp to prevent possible trip and fall injury hazards. Replace broken latch on the hall door for classroom #308. This door currently cannot be closed or locked in the event of emergency.

Repair and reattach loose barrier panel on the elevated platform of the play structure on the 3-5 playground behind the gym. This loose panel is missing fastener bolts to hold it securely in place. Repair areas of torn ground cover padding around the play structures on the 1st through 2nd grades playground beside the baseball field. Repairs for safety are necessary to prevent trip and fall injuries. Weeds, shrubs, and undergrowth were growing all along the main building foundations including behind the gym, along the 500 hallway, by the 300 hall exit, and at the 3-5 hall exit. Grass was very high at 10 inches or greater in height in many areas across campus including between and around the class trailers, along the bus loop, at the exit of the 300 hall, adjacent to the school building and on top of the retaining wall at the 3-5 exit, and adjacent to the main driveway entrance and sidewalk. Vines are covering the retention wall adjacent to the sidewalk and exit of the 3-5 hallway. Proper mowing and trim work is necessary to clean up the school premises. This mowing and trimming is also needed to prevent pest harborage areas on the school campus.
