15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e) Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at handwashing sinks accessible to children. The handwashing sink in the Guppies room reached 115F. The PIC was advised to adjust water temperature to measure between 80°F and 110°F.

15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a) Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. The following furnishings are damaged and shall be repaired: crib mats and red play mat in the Lil Shrimps room, vinyl balance beams (Seahorse and Starfish rooms), and long vinyl couches (all classrooms). The PIC is advise to replace and monitor furniture for damage.
