Pushcart location during inspection: Lowes Home Improvement at 4601 Capital Blvd Raleigh, NC 27604. The pushcart/mobile food unit permit holder shall provide the regulatory authority in each county in which food service operations are proposed a list of locations where they will operate. Such lists must be kept current. If a pushcart/mobile food unit goes one year, 365 days, of inactivity their food permit will no longer be valid.

PIC stated that they wished to start implementing time control for some of their food items, REHS emailed time control outline and explained requirements for this public health control. 7-202.12: Priority; When tested during the inspection, the available chlorine sanitizing liquid was at a concentration around 1,000ppm. Poisonous/toxic materials shall be used according to: Law and the NC Food Code, and the manufacturer's use directions included in labeling. CDI - Diluted sanitizer using water to a concentration of around 200ppm. For a chlorine-based sanitizer for food establishments, the concentration shall have a minimum of 50ppm not to exceed 200ppm.
