4-602.13 Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C) The hood filter panels have grime and dust build up. Nonfood Contact Surfaces of EQUIPMENT shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC stated cleaning should a contracted by the school and has a work order for cleaning.
5-205.15 (B) Leak pipe etc. not imminent threat Handwashing sink at windows leaks with water running continuously. A PLUMBING SYSTEM shall be: (B) Maintained in good repair. PIC has submitted a maintenance and repair work order request to the school.
