4-601.11(A); Priority Foundation; Several containers stacked together on the clean equipment shelf had old sticker residue and glue on them. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. CDI- containers removed for cleaning.

3-501.17; Priority Foundation; Several hot dog containers were observed with the incorrect date mark sticker on the container's lid. The date mark sticker on the lid indicated an expired date in some cases or otherwise did not match what was on the package inside. According to PIC, the date mark stickers placed on packages of hot dogs inside containers were the correct date and within a 7 day window. Dates shall be accurate to ensure foods are not held past 7 days. CDI - old containers were switched out for new ones. Ensure old containers are washed and sanitized after each use. Do not continually place new date stickers on old containers inside the reach-in unit. Full points may be taken for repeat violations.

4-501.11; Core; The bottom of the tall reach-in unit is rusting where white interior paint has chipped off. This affects cleanability. Equipment shall be kept in good repair. Replace unit if rusting interior is not repairable.
