7-207.11(B); Priority; A small spray bottle of burn spray medication was observed on shelving with and above single-service articles such as napkins and straws. Medicines shall be located to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service articles. CDI- bottle was relocated to first aid kit. No point taken today.
4-903.11 (A), (B), and (D); Core; Several metal pans were stacked wet on the clean equipment shelf. After cleaning and sanitizing, dishes and equipment shall be placed in a self-draining position that allows air drying. CDI- separated pans for drying.
