4-601.11 (B) and (C); Core; Interior of tall reach-in cooler near drink station and drive thru area is soiled with food residue build-up along the bottom. The nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris accumulation. Increase cleaning frequency. All other surfaces and coolers observed clean.
