All egg products in facility are pasteurized today. Final cook temperatures were taken for cooked eggs but item #18 was marked 'Not Observed" for final cook temperatures taken. No raw animal foods requiring cooking were observed in facility today as all meats are pre-cooked. Parasite destruction letter was provided for raw, smoked salmon and consumer advisory is posted.
