Permit is immediately suspended under Rule .2654 of the NC Food Code for lack of working refrigeration. Adequate working refrigeration is required to maintain food temperatures as specified in the food code. Facility only has one prep unit and two small freezers in working order. There is no ability to keep TCS foods cold. Multiple cold holding violations observed. Facility may not reopen without authorization from Wake County Health Department. Some foods in makeline fliptop were stacked too high to maintain temperature. Ensure foods are not stacked above the chill line of containers. Maintain TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or less. CDI- all products were voluntarily discarded. Full points taken for repeat violation.

4-301.11; Priority Foundation; The two main refrigeration units were observed with ambient temperatures in the low 50s. Equipment for cooling and heating food, and holding cold and hot food, shall be sufficient in number and capacity to maintain required food temperatures. Facility does not have adequate refrigeration capacity without these units to keep foods at safe temperature. Verification required.
